Yung Miami Joins Season Two Of 'BMF'
Caresha Brownlee, known as Yung Miami of the rap duo City Girls, is getting to the bag.
She will be making an appearance on season 2 of hit series "BMF." The rapper announced the news by posting a photo of herself, appearing in a scene of one of the episodes on her social media accounts. "Proud to announce I will be on #BMF Season 2 this January on Starz @bmfstarz," she wrote as her Instagram caption.
"BMF" is an American crime drama television series about the Black Mafia Family, a drug trafficking and money laundering organization in the United States founded by Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and his brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, the biggest drug dealers in Detroit. Big Meech’s son, Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr., plays the role of him. Rapper Curtis James Jackson III, also known as 50 Cent, serves as the co-creator and executive producer of the show. According to reports, 50 Cent put Lil Meech in acting school to prepare him for the opportunity to play his father.
During season one of the series, celebrities including Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Kash Doll made appearances. LaLa Anthony, Leslie Jones, Michole Briana White, Myles Truitt, Russell Hornsby, and Kash Doll will reprise their starring roles. Season two is set to premiere in January 2023. A few months ago, it was announced that actress and comedian Mo’Nique would be joining the cast as Goldie, an Atlanta strip club owner. As far as Yung Miami's role, all that's been announced is the name of her character which is Deanna Washington.
50 Cent and STARZ are also releasing "The BMF Documentary: Blowing Money Fast," a docuseries that will give viewers a deeper look into the rise of Big Meech and Southwest T. It is set to air on October 23.
