Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith were spotted outside.

The married couple hasn't been seen together in the public eye since the "Oscar's slap" back in March. TMZ reports that Will and Jada were photographed leaving Nobu in Malibu, California on August 13. Will walked in front of Jada as she held on to the back of his shirt, following closely behind.

The outlet also points out that Will gave fans a peace sign and was seemingly in a good mood. Last month, Will made a public apology video to Chris for slapping him in the face during the award show. In the emotional video, Will said, "Chris, I apologize to you. My behavior was unacceptable, and I'm here whenever you're ready to talk." In addition,

"There is no part of me that thinks that was the right way to behave in that moment. There's no part of me that thinks that's the optimal way to handle a feeling of disrespect or insults."

Will also said he reached out to speak to Chris one-on-one but hasn't gotten a response. Chris hasn't talked about the slap in a major way; he's made several jokes during his comedy shows about it. At a recent one, he said, "Anyone who says words hurt has never been punched in the face." He later added that he wasn't a victim and shook it off, adding, "I don't go to the hospital for a papercut."

Last week, Tony Rock, Chris' younger brother, said Will and Chris had a "genuine friendship" before the slap.

As a result of the slap, Will is banned from the Oscars for ten years. He's still able to get nominated. However, he can't attend any events. Will responded, "I accept and respect the Academy's decision."
