Jamie Foxx Throws 'Recovery' Party Following Health Emergency
Jamie Foxx is celebrating his good health.
According to reports, the actor hosted an event at a rehab facility in Chicago where he attended following his medical emergency. According to a source close to the actor, 'he has been working really hard these last couple of months to get back to normal and has greatly improved since he first got to the facility.'
We previously reported that Foxx is back to work following the undisclosed emergency. The actor will produce the upcoming documentary on the late Luther Vandross alongside Colin Firth. Foxx said in a statement, “Luther is one of our GOATs. He’s one of the greatest singers in the history of music. It is truly an honor to be a part of the team to help bring this incredible story to the masses.”
Luther Vandross’ family and friends has reportedly “approved” the upcoming documentary as it will show “never-before-seen personal archive footage,” and “will follow the iconic artist as he charted his own course becoming one of the most decorated and influential pop artists of all time.”
Jamie Foxx on the other hand has been spotted out multiple times since being released from the hospital. Fans note that the actor looks “better than ever.”
