During an interview with U.K. radio station KISS FM yesterday (Oct. 20), GloRilla admitted that she didn’t know foxes were real.

"We've had people say they hate foxes taking a pooh in their garden," the host Henrie Kwushue told the Memphis rapper while they spoke on London’s fox problem. "We've had people say all sorts."

GloRilla, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, looked dumbfounded. “Foxes? What’s that?” she asked. “The animal, fox? Y’all got them out here?

"Yeah, we do," Kwushue told the confused "Tomorrow" hitmaker. "Have you not seen one yet? Come to South London, we'll show you."

“That’s normal?” asked GloRilla. “So they like dogs? So y’all not scared of them? So they orange? I can’t believe it. I never even knew foxes was real.”

GloRilla's breakout single “F.N.F. (Let’s Go),” which went viral on social media and debuted at No. 42 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, led her to get signed with Yo Gotti’s CMG record label through Interscope Records. She recently made headlines after claiming that she did not make any streaming money off "F.N.F. (Let's Go)." The producer, which is Hitkidd, claims that GloRilla and her team are attempting to take legal action against him regarding ownership rights of the song.

Her latest single “Tomorrow 2” featuring Cardi B has debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Earlier this month, the 23-year-old rapper won her first award for Best Breakthrough Artist at the 2022 BET Hip-Hop Awards.

She is nominated for Favorite Female Hip Hop Artist alongside Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B, and Latto at this year's American Music Award. She is also currently prepping the release of her nine-track EP, Anyways, Life’s Great, which is set to be released on Nov. 11.
