When he is not making music, Chance the Rapper can be found giving back to Chicagoans throughout the year.

This winter, Chance is ushering in the holidays with the announcement of SocialWorks’ 4th Annual A Night at the Museum event taking place at the Museum of Science and Industry on Friday, December 16th, from 6pm-10pm.

The "Coloring Book" rapper shared on his Instagram:

"The 4th A Night at the Museum returns to the Museum of Science & Industry Friday, December 16th! This family-focused event, benefiting the homeless, will welcome attendees to an evening of music, performances, interactive vendors, museum exhibits, giveaways, and more. ⁣

We encourage all guests to support our efforts by bringing new or gently used coats, hats, gloves, scarves, and toys for individuals experiencing homelessness. The SocialWorks team will distribute donated items to shelters in February. "

Ben and Jerry's will be the key sponsor for the event, offering attendees a chance to taste their new flavors from their partnership with the rapper. "Mint Chocolate Chance", Ben & Jerry's most exciting flavor of the year, is a cool mint base with fudgy chocolate brownies. It was inspired by Chance the Rapper's childhood memories when he would add his mother's homemade brownies to mint ice cream.
