Tia Mowry Poses In Revealing Bathing Suit, Shows Off Her Curves: 'On A Healing Journey'

Tia Mowry is in her healing era.

The actress shared a series of photos while vacationing in Thailand, in which she described as a "healing journey." In a lengthy caption, Mowry expresses, "at times, I find myself caught up in the whirlwind of life, especially when juggling responsibilities and caring for my children. The constant pursuit of life’s markers of success have definitely affected me, making me truly appreciate the opportunity to hit pause during my time in Thailand."

She continued, "I immersed myself in self-reflection, connected with nature, embraced a new culture, and cherished moments with my family. Sharing this experience and journey with my kids held special significance for me, as I aspire for them to maintain a perpetual curiosity about the world and nurture an explorative spirit."

"This trip served as a healing journey, allowing me to realign my priorities and delve into my fundamental purpose. The blessing of being able to do this soul-searching amidst the beauty of Thailand is something I hold dear, but I am committed to incorporating these practices of slowing down into my everyday life."

Back in April Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict officially finalized their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by E! News, they "entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support."

Last October Mowry declared they "decided to go our separate ways."

"I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different," Tia wrote in an Instagram post. "I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness."

The actress added, "We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives."
