R.I.P: The Body Of Alexis Crawford Has Been Found + Police Charged Roommate’s Boyfriend For Her Murder

The body of the Clark Atlanta University student, Alexis Crawford, was found dead in a park on Friday (November 8) and Barron Brantley has been charged with her murder.
Reports state that Crawford was last seen by her mother and sister on Wednesday while they were on FaceTime. Her family filed a missing person report on Friday after Crawford was a no show for class or work.
The authorities suspect that Crawford’s roommate, Jordyn Jones, the girlfriend of Brantley, was also a part of the murder.
CNN also reported that days before Crawford’s death, that she filed a police report against Brantley describing that he was making unwanted advances to her, such as kissing and touching. Jones was listed as a witness.
As of now, there is no motive behind the murder. Brantley’s court hearing is scheduled for November 22nd, 2019. He currently remains in Fulton County Jail without bond.
